The aim was to renovate the villa for rental and sale.

The villa was furnished but with the existing interior was poorly let and did not generate interest from potential clients, despite the stunning location and direct sea views from most rooms. Together with the clients, the style chosen was modern Art Deco, light and solemn, with marble finishes and blue colour accents echoing the sea.
