The house with finishing from the builder including fitted kitchen and finished bathrooms. Our task was to furnish and decorate the house to make it look stylish and modern to attract rental clients.
We decided to definitely install marble wall panels in the living room, as they visually enhance and enlarge the space. Also a mirror near the dining table was placed to maximise the space. We chose upholstered furniture in bright, sunny colours, combined with an effective accent print ‘goosefoot’. At the same time, some elements were left neutral or in harmony with the colour of the floor: an elegant TV cabinet, monochrome coffee tables and cosy curtains. The marble top of the dining table echoes the panels.
The main lighting fixtures are laconic and practical tracks. By directing some spots, the zones and details of the interior are illuminated. But above the dining table we hung an unusual chandelier for an accent. Here, by the way, we had to penetrate the ceiling, because the output from the builder was not in the most convenient place. The bedrooms were also not without such work: to place sconces for atmospheric light, we ran wires to the right places and made additional bedside switches.
In the kitchen we installed quality appliances, the whole set needed for living and renting. By the way, we do a complete set, so at the final stage we bought all the tableware and kitchen utensils.
The house is corner, with a large plot on three sides and a large balcony overlooking the sea. Therefore, it was obligatory to arrange the area. On the ground floor we placed a dining table for 6 people, and on the balcony - a large set of furniture with sofas. We took care of the landscaping: 5 spectacular palm trees were planted on the way to the entrance, as well as lucidium bushes along the walls of the property.
