We conduct an initial consultation and study the plans. We visit the site, assess the scope of tasks and the need for different works. We agree on an approximate estimate.
It is assumed that the property already has a base, that is, floors, painted walls, ready bathrooms and most often kitchens, as well as windows and doors, electrical wiring. However, in practice, changes always have to be made. For example, lights and outlets are located in inconvenient places or only in one place in the room. If it's a resale property, you may need to repaint the walls or do minor repair work.
We create a concept: color scheme and style, arrangement of furniture, lighting fixtures. We choose the style of wall decoration (panels, moldings). We take necessary measurements and create a model of the house in Sketchup.
We make a work plan and invite contractors. In the case of partial renovation/furnishing, this stage is also necessary, because in 99% of cases, a white box house from a developer does not allow for modern stylish solutions. Most often, through simple work, you can greatly improve the design of the property.
We select and order furniture (selection of fabrics and other elements), lighting fixtures, wall panels, curtains, awnings, built-in wardrobes and kitchens. We order electrical appliances.
We accept orders on site, organize assembly and installation, waste removal. Preliminary cleaning.
We decorate the room (mirrors, decorative textiles, vases, paintings, etc.) and furnish it for rent/living (sheets and towels, dishes, kitchen utensils, household chemicals).
Final cleaning and photography. Your home is ready for living!
Throughout ALL stages, we control the execution of work according to the project, stay in touch with the workers, visit the site for control and making adjustments, solving emerging issues. We independently select all materials, furniture, everything necessary for furnishing. Your presence is not required.
